Not all bad days. Not all good days. There's one thing that illness reminds you of... Life. We all assume we get a tomorrow. Not all of us do. So eat the fucking cake. Make that call that's been on your mind. Send that text. Make that meal you've been craving. Stop being a dickhead on this fast-paced life we all sentence ourselves to. Give yourself at least an hour today. You owe it to the little 10-year-old inside of yourself. Be kinder to yourself. We are all dying.
