Give your self a Juice

I’m enjoying juicing. I think it gives the body a break from digesting all these big meals. I haven’t been super adventurous, but I have started with some easy to do ingredients through my slightly ancient juicer. 

2 Carrots and 1 orange 

 

2 Carrots, 1 red grapefruit and 1 green apple
