- Play songs on YouTube or bring out old CDs of music of a time when you were happy
- Laugh…. Watch something funny, look up comedians on YouTube, read some jokes
- Catch up with a friend or family member that you miss
- Make an effort to look nice and feel good about yourself
- Eat (in moderation) something delicious and savor every moment, in that moment.
