5 tips to stay positive

  1. Play songs on YouTube or bring out old CDs of music of a time when you were happy
  2. Laugh…. Watch something funny, look up comedians on YouTube, read some jokes 
  3. Catch up with a friend or family member that you miss
  4. Make an effort to look nice and feel good about yourself 
  5. Eat (in moderation) something delicious and savor every moment, in that moment.

  1. Step outside and absorb…life. On my darker days I have to push myself and your #4 says it all. A shower first and clean teeth can take you to another plane. 😊 my girlfriend always says to “nut up” my version is “chin up” we’ve got this! 💛 always!

  2. Getting my haircut always seems to help me. Don’t know why, but it just does. I get my haircut at least once every three weeks but then I have very short hair anyway.

    Go for a long walk, somewhere you like. Watch a sunset or a sunrise. Maybe dance in the rain…
