It’s winter here in Sydney

Today is the first day of winter… I welcomed it by wearing heavier clothing and a frown on this windy Sydney winters day.

School drop offs are a nightmare for me, the weather makes it hard for my lungs to function.

I park my car inside the school grounds, I was blessed with permission from the principal to park on the grounds in order to have less of a struggle trying to fight for parking or walk kilometres.

Today, even though I park inside the school grounds, the lungs couldn’t do it. I had to say bye to my son from the walk way and watch him walking and wiping tears.

Winter is here, time to get the body some extra boost.

I’ve read up on tumeric shots and really want to try them. It’s tumeric, ginger, lemon juice and coconut water.

I should get back in the wheatgrass shots aswell.

In the welcoming of winter I got myself a new tea cup for work… It still wasn’t easy coming to work today.

Anyone one else welcoming winter?

I hope the other parts of the world are enjoying summer… We get it back soon 🙂

  1. It’s suppose to be Summer here in the UK, but today it’s more like a day in October with heavy rain and gale force winds. I think the seasons sometime like to play tricks on us, and they are certainly doing that to us today.

I wish you a pleasant and happy Winter. 🙂

  2. Well, here in Holland we haven’t yet seen warm climates. Raining and gale force winds made the weekend. We’re hoping that the weather forecast will not fail us in the next days as it seems to warm up.
    Wish you a nice winter.
    Cheers.

  3. It’s summer here in Bangkok. Way too hot at scorching 40+ degrees. Hope you are having a good winter. 🙂
